Today we welcomed Whitefield Community Primary School to visit our Social Housing Redevelopment Project in Whitefield, as part of our Hoarding Poster Competition.

All sub-structure works are now complete at our site in Unsworth and we are 70% complete with drainage

Busy day in Manchester City Centre today as we near completion of Phase 1 of our redevelopment project.

Today our Project Managers Sam Adamson and Holly Spencer MSc CIWFM had the pleasure of teaching Class 5 and 6 of Lark Hill Primary School, Stockport.

Over the past couple of weeks Armstrong Projects left bricks outside CMA’s Place of Worship, to allow each of their Congregation’s Children to sign.

Armstrong Projects Ltd started on site at the former Unsworth Social Club, Whitefield on 3rd January 2022. We are progressing well with the housing development of 10 No. three bedroom, semi detached properties.

The site is progressing well, and we are currently on programme to complete Phase 1 within November 2022. We are continuing with the Metsec Frame installation up to the First Floor.
